We are having 5 business, it includes cement and now we want to take trucks for our businees for transportation. We are taking loan from bank, they are asking project reort and work order on letter head kindly help me to prepare project report and work order letter.

as my knowledge banker indirectly ask the you future investment plan by using the loan amount. because the bankers think always written bank money or not. and they ask you to privide the cost sheets or budget of the you palns in future by useing this money so can prepare your project report what you ro your boss have idea in mind to use the loan money.
