company is 1 year old small pvt.ltd.company doing business in tea /snacks etc.
One of its sharehlder,a french white shareholder cum director wants to sell his shares to another french-white-shareholder. both were resident indians as per fema as they reside in mumbai since 2 years.
my question is- >fctrs form is required to be filed under FEMA or just simple share transfer forms are enough?
