Whether Form 3CEB need to be submitted (for the Assessment year 2010-11)in the case of a Company having international transactions with its Associated Enterprise within the meaning of Section 92A(2)(b) up to December of 2009 only.( Means only part of the year)After that they became separate entities.

Yes the any transaction entered during the year with an associated enterprise shall be needed to reported in form 3CEB.
