nothing can do except to convince your boss . . your boss permission is mandatory to take transfer of article ship, . . as we promissed to work under him for 3 years with form 102 it is mandatory to take boss permission, icai will not interfere in this
Request for transfer not accompanied by consent of Principal shall not be accepted by the Institute.
In case of dispute between principal and articled assistant, the matter be settled amicably among the articled assistant and the principal concerned and the Institute shall not interfere in such cases.
