hi, myself tanveer ahuja, my query is that i want to transfer shares held in the name of the co. who is shareholder of private co. named rohan dyes & intermediates ltd. i want to transfer these shares to other sister concern co. of rohan dyes in name of mr rohan director of rohan dyes as well as rajvi enterprise (sister concern)both are private companies.
please sir let me know the proper procedure its realy urgent. thanks.
