Transfer of capital goods

01 October 2011 One Company has a Plant in Excise Free Zone. IT wants to transfer Plants & Machinery to its another factory which is not excise free.

Transferor unit is not any Cenvat credit.

May any one please tell me whether for this purpose Excise Invoice has to be issued or it is a stock transfer. And the Procedure?

02 October 2011 when cenvat credit is not availed on capital goods, no need to pay duty under central excise on shift of capital goods.
