10 August 2011 Sir, I am a PCC student residning at Kolkata. I have completed my 2 years and 5 months of my articleship. As my financial condtion is not good, I want to transfer my articleship my hometown at Bihar. Will ICAI allow me for transfer.

10 August 2011 Take the transfer by showing change in place from Kolkata to Bihar. Attach a letter from your father showing that he is residing in Bihar only.
