i am doing articleship in delhi living with my relative.
Due to Family problem they are shifting ahmedabad so i have to get transfer as i cat affort delhi living outside.
in this base can i get transfer?

30 September 2013 Transfer of location is a permissible base for transfer,
However you have to provide related documents in content of such transfer..

30 September 2013 No. If your principal has expired, it is not a ground for seeking transfer if the firm has other partners.

However you can enroll for Industrial training in the last year to get rid off your Principal CA...

Firstly, you confirm that you are going to take transfer in first year of article or any subsequent year.

Secondly, you are taking article ship under principal who is your relative or you are doing under firm in which your principal is partner.

as you've to fill 102 and 103 forms again for the re-registration to commence ur articleship under a new CA...

The serving partner can issue 111 through which you can join another firm,
Or the serving partner can seek to ICAI for additional vacancy to absorb you in the same firm...

30 September 2013 but i dont know about the death of my principal suddenly new partner come in office and say i am your new principal as your old principal get death so i dont want to continue my articleship and want to get transfer on the base of regulation 56
