there is no period for gap in articleship but it will delay ur attempts for the related attempt

but if u hv joined articleship any where
and it should be submitted within 30 days without fine and after 30 days to 180 days with fine and even it requires submission of articleship record by employer in case of late submission of For 102 & 103
