but in my hometown there is only one practicing c.a who has head office there if he doesnot have any vacancy there can i continue my articleship from any other city

well first get the approval for termination. then have the bed rest and then look for articleship anywhere you want to. there is no written rule that you need to serve articleship in hometown for transfer on medical grounds.

but sir due to these will my final attempt will get delayed by six months ?
21 February 2014
well friend, that is how it is. the medical ground is based on the premise that you cant serve office for atleast 3 months. So it is required that you rest during that period.

Yes u may have to lose one attempt due to this 3mnths leave . Generally student gets exam attempt after 2.5 years of articleship which in other words in last 6 mnths of articles . Due to leave ur date of completion may extend for 3 months plus delay u made in re registration of articles . So just plan like this..health is important so dont bother with attempt changes
