If a sum of INR 1,00,000 transferred to spouse`s loan account, would it be taxable in the hands of transfree. If no then what are the alternate tax implications.

It shall not be taxable. There is no tax implication.... off course if return is scrutinized, one may be required to explain transaction or transferor may be asked to explain his source of Income.
