i want to take transfer from articleship in first year of articleship due to some problems. so what can i do? if i want take transfer after 1 year?

Since you are in your first year of articleship then u simply need to fill up form 109 duly signed by your existing principal and take transfer.

it should be submitted within 30 days of you joining new firm to avoid any condonation fees.
