dear friends, i am an article assistant doing at hyderabad, i want to take transfer with in one year, so that i have discussed with my boss and he had agreed for that. i filled form and submitted the same to my boss forhis signature, he told that i will check it once and i will submit it to icai. all its about one month. he did not submitted the form and telling that i have already sent the form to icai and he is not giving the student copy also. can i give complaint to ICAI, please help me in this regard
As per my opinion leave the thought of filing complaint. Simply have a chat with your boss to figure out what is there in his mind.
Also tell him that you proceed to take transfer only after discussion with him and after his in principal approval. So what is the point of this non-cooperation. This issue can be resolved only after mutual discussion.

agreed with learned expert and try to resolve this matter peacefully..there is no need to file any complaint as such and asking him politely about and discussion the same will get the things in your favour.
