dear sir / madam
would trade incentives received in cash exceeding 10 lakhs qualify for service tax?
incentives are given on the basis of turnover achieved.

As per my view trade incentive received on principal to principal basis do not qualify for service tax.
Please mention as to in what type of business you receive such discounts.
