Dear sir, I was downloading consoldated file from traces site, to file revise tds return. There I see a link "Download justification Report"
What is the use of this link.
Please clarify.

it covers those return which have some irregularities, such as
Pan no missing or inappropriate late filling - interest applicable high rate tds deducted or low rate tds deducted challan not matched
