can any body tell what is the time limit for claiming credit for the excise duty paid for the pharmaceauticle company producing drugs etc.

u can take credit on goods when u have received the goods.
in case of services- on payment.
capital goods- 50 % 1st year & balance next year.
in case of services- on payment.
