22 February 2013 Ours is listed Company. Our office time is 9.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

Can we keep/hold the Board Meetings for consideration of Un-audited/Audited Financial Results after 6.00 p.m. (i.e. after office hours). ?

Yes, you can there is no restriction, but generally listed company does not follow this practice. Because after board meeting, lots of compliance should be done. The stock exchange and shareholders also expect your board meting outcome as you will send after the meeting.

So I will suggest you to hold Board Meeting, before that.
