28 December 2013 ON "HEALTH SERVICES" IN THE TAX APPLICABLE PERIOD, WE DID NOT RECEIVE THE SERVICE TAX.
SO HAVE WE HAVE TO PAY THE SERV TAX ?

In that case you have remit pro-rata seevice tax on payment collected by you from customer.
