Termination of article assistant under ca

I want to know about the termination of articleship training of article assistant under CA.
One of the article assistant is not submitted the termination form to ICAI Delhi .So How can CA intimate the institute regarding the termination of training ???????????????

01 February 2016 CA can terminate article if there is any discipline reasons,may write letter to ICAI in this regard.
