Can a karta of huf be a proprietor of proprietorship firm ...if yes plzz give the section or judgement passes

HUF can carry on proprietor business. Karta has its on separate identity as an individual and so does HUF. If the business is carried by the Karta in his individual capacity it wil be his income & if is carried on by the HUF it is income of the HUF.
