Tds urgent big doubt

10 March 2012 If TDS return for the FY 2008-09 is filed now, whether if it still mandatory to deposit TDS @ 20% in case of PANNOTAVBL , I think as TDS @ 20% is required to deduct from FY 2009-10
Pls clear at the earliest
