02 February 2016 Hi, Can anyone tell me what will be TDS rate applicable for hiring Online Exam Center 10% or 2%?
As we are conducting Online Exam for our students. Exam center provide Computer/ Laptop to our students for exam at that center only.

02 February 2016 deduct TDS under section 194I 10% if rent per computer not specified or not identifiable seperately,if rent per computer seperately identifiable deduct tds @2%

02 February 2016 if you are hiring land and building or land appurtenant to a building or furniture and fittings if you are not bifurcate value than you have to deduct tds @10%
