We are a Transport company, we receive certain bills for repairing of Trucks on which vendor neither charge VAt nor service tax. 1)Are we require to deduct TDS U/s 194C, to keep in mind the threshold limit of 30K & 75K? 2) Or TDS will not be applicable on such bills
