16 January 2015 A Indian company paying Staff Insurance Premium to Foreign Company.

Whether the this payment attracts TDS u/s. 195 (as Other Income).

If Yes, then at what rate?

The Foreign company is not having any permanent Establishment in india nor any agent in india.

What will be the role of TRC and PAN in the above transaction.
