My company wants to pay certain charges say professional & consultancy fees for opening bank account, incorporation of company abroad to a consultant abroad in a country with which India does not have DTAA and also the company to whom we are paying is not having any PE in India. Requested to give your expert advice whether TDS will be applicable, if yes then at what rate.
