We purchase a Software and recevied serices for same software by same vendor. But Vendor provided two bills one for suuply of software with CST@5% and other for services with service tax@12.36 The Invoice amount of Rs.225000/- and 50000/- respectively Please advice can deducted TDS u/s 194J for both amount or any other suggetion.
