Dear sir My query is that we pay the freight to many trucks individualiy against GRs of same trnasport and amount of freight is less than Rs. 5000/- of single truck or GR.
In the above case is it compulsory to deduct the TDS or Not
If The payment more than Rs. 80000/- of Single GR and the owner give the PAN, In that case TDS to deducted or not
