Kindly, suggest whether there is any situation in which TDS with regard to Printing & stationery may be deducted u/s 194C and under any other applicable sections Of the Income Tax Act,1961.

TDS applicable u/s 194C only if material provided by you and only printing work is done as per specification. Otherwise TDS not applicable.
