In case of labour charges & material value shown seperately on the bill, Whether TDS is to be duducted on labour charges only or on both material and labour charges.
Further if contract does not include manufacturing or supplying a product according to the requirement or specification of a customer by using material purchased from a person, other than such customer then TDS not deductible
