Tds to be deducted or not?

29 May 2014 One of my client (Company)making hotel payment of guest Rs 150000/- now he want to know whether he will deduct tds or not? As there is no contract between hotel and company.

29 May 2014 if your using hotel service for regular then you have to deduct the tds. otherwise not required.
