Tds short deducted from party

26 April 2016 Dear sir,

We have deducted less tds from our creditor (instead of 2% we have deducted 1%). Now we will have to pay 1% u/s 194C to the tax authorities. we wont get this amount from our creditor. now how to pass entries for the same in tally.
