Now As per Under Sec 194 J, I crossed the limit of Rs. 30000 but including Service Tax. Now, please tell me here I am liable to deduct TDS or Not bcoz excluding S.tax amount is only Rs. 28000?

Thank U

11 December 2014 You are not liable to deduct TDS as it is within the thresh hold limit of 30000.

11 December 2014 TDS not required to be deducted in given case. Amount excluding service tax will be considered for threshold limit.

12 December 2014 you have to take value w/o service tax .
if cross the limit rs. 30000/- then deduct the TDS
