05 May 2011 If the payment to be made by a Transport Company to the "Goods labour Transport Board, Mumbai", whether the TDS will be deducted??

07 May 2011 If the payment exceeds the TDS Threshold limit and if the transport company comes under the purview of TDS, i.e. if it is liable for TDS, then TDS should be deducted.
