Hello,
We have no employee in a particular company from the beginning of F.Y. 2014-15, so we have not filed any tds return for 2 Quarter.
Now there is a updation on traces is "Declaration for Non-Filing".
Is it compulsory to submit above declaration for remaining quarter, as we didn't gave any declaration in earlier quarter.

Yes. You will have to submit online declaration for Non Filing of TDS Return.

you should have filed a nil return for the same to avoid the declaration for non filling

Mr. Akash pls tell me if "Declaration for Non Filling Statment" option available in Traces so why should we file Nill Return.
