Dear Sir,
I have received TAN on January 2012. Can i submit TDS return - 26Q & 24Q (NIL) for quarter 1, 2 & 3 of fy 2011-12. Is it mandatory?

Nil TDS return not mandatory. you can file Jan-12 onwards
