we have deducted the TDS on 31.3.2011 in respect of payment made on 7.11.2010. Now whether we have to revise the TDS return for the quarter ended 31.12.2010 or not.OR the same can be shown in the return to be filed on 15.5.2011

same can be shown in Q4 return. you have to show payment credit date as 07.11.2010 & corresponding challan must contain the require interest amount for late deduction & late deposit.
