please tell me that if in any firm there is no liabilities to dedut any tds then it is mandatory to filing tds return?

yes if there is no liability IN TDS
you need to file E TDS return every quarterly.

listen friend,
if you have tan then you can deduct tds ok.
but sometimes there is no tds deduction in any qtr.so in that qtr's return you have a option to file etds return not compulsory to file if no tds deduction but its good to give evey qtr. deduction if nil tds avaiable. there is no gap dept. will seen
