I have to file the Quarter TDS Return under 194 C 194 H 194 I & 192 Salary which form we should utilise for the same ? wheather we can download this tds return from NSDL or any other agencies which can be easier to understand.

To file the Quarter TDS Return under 194C, 194H & 194I is 26Q and for TDS deduceted on salary u/s 192 is 24Q
You can use the software from NSDL website or softwares are available from Taxmann, Sensys, etc
