Dear,
I am filling TDS return of Transport company. As from 01.10.2009 as per I.T> Act if Transporter provide PAN no then there is no need to deduct TDS else deduct TDS.
So my company deduct TDS where PAN number not found.
Now for TDS return 85 % of PAN is complusory where as company deduct TDS in those cases where PAN is not found.
So how can we file our TDS return.

Also note that if there is no PAN then TDS rate is 20%.

20 % RAte is applicable from 1.04.2010.
