21 May 2015 You can prepare TDS return using free TDS RPU of TIN-NSDL. See link given below:

https://www.tin-nsdl.com/etds-etcs/eTDS-download-regular.php

Form 16/16A needs to be downloaded from TRCAES. So no need to prepare form 16/16A.
