23 October 2013 dear sir my error is first time i have audited firm there i filed tds returns but now latest scene is that i have no audit so i submitted tds returs

23 October 2013 if proprietary firm (individual or HUF) is not liable to audit in previous year then no required to deduct tds (under certain section)

for partnership firm tds have to be deducted.
