TDS related

This query is : Resolved 

16 August 2009 If various charges are paid to a CA namely;-
Audit Fees 15000
ITR filing Fees 7500
Law compliance charges 2500

Should we combine all types of expenses made to a person because then it crosses Rs.20,000 and TDS has to be deducted ?

But if we look at it individually, there is no need to deduct TDS ?
Pls reply urgently.

If ur CA have given U different Invoices for Audit Fees,ITR filing Fees,Law compliance charges whose amt. is not greter than 20000/- then u need not to deduct TDS but if the CA have given u single Invoice for all fees whose total amt. is gretter than 20000/- then U should deduct tds u/s 194J
