18 June 2015 my question is if a contractor raise his bill for the month of apr15 on 5/5/15 so what will be last date of tds deposit 7/5/15 or 7/6/15

18 June 2015 TDS to be deducted on the date of payment or credit whichever is earlier.

In the given case if you receive the bill and book the bill or make payment in the month of May 2015 the due date of deposit of TDS will be 07th June 2015.
