I work for a Pvt Ltd co. and want to make a payment for Commission to an Individual person for Rs. 20000.00.

So, i just want to know that should i deduct a TDS on that ? if yes, than at what rate?

02 October 2013 yes. TDS will apply under section.194H @ 10%
