tds refund claim

26 August 2010 We have filled I.Tax Return for FY-08-09
but TDS amount(deducted by party on commission) was not claim in said return.
Can I claim the said TDS amount in the I.Tax Return FY-09-10 (which is to be filled).
Please clearify.

26 August 2010 If income not shown in last year show it in current year and claim the TDS.

If income shown last year then revise the last years return if original return was filed in time.

Otherwise not possible.
