can be brought forward in next year as name of TDS receivable.

20 October 2014 it wud be carried forward as balance with tax authorities

21 October 2014 No it can not shown as name of TDS Receivable. Has to be carried forward as it is in the respective ledger of TDS Receivable, Advance Tax & Self Assessment Tax.
