I want know Tds rate on commission paid to director f Y 2007-08 ?

The TDS rate on commission on individuals for payments upto Rs.10 lakhs is 10.3% and for payments more than Rs.10 Lakhs is 11.33%

Directors stands pari passu with individuals.
