08 May 2010 I received a Printing invoice, will i deduct TDS ? Which rate is applicable ?

08 May 2010 TDS not deductible u/s 194C if product manufactured or suppllied according to the requirement or specification of a customer by using material purchased from a person, other than such customer.

So if material not supplied by you then TDS not dedcutible otherwise TDS deductible u/s 194C @ 1% for individual & HUF and others @ 2%
