if one person give unsecured loan in a part in one year Rs400000 so which rate is applicable and ho much amt TDS deduct in a
year?

TDS would not attract on Unsecured loans payment and receipt but attracts on Interest paid on it under section 194A @10% if pan no of the deductee produced other wise @20% on the interest payment amount.
