what is the TDS rate applicable for stall fabrication charges

TDS for stall fabrication charges is to be deducted U/s 194C payment to contractors as mentioned below:
1) 1 % where the payment is being made or credit is given to an individual or a HUF.
2) 2% where the payment is being made or credit is to be given to any other entity.
